The Trap Bar and It’s Variation. The trap bar is traditionally used for deadlifting. The trapbar deadlift is predominantly used for anterior chain activation as compared to it’s counterpart the traditional deadlift. But there are greater uses for the Trap bar. Like many of the articles, I am borrowing this from many fitness professionals with greater experience and knowledge.
