This weekend will conclude my fifth and final half-marathon of 2017. Giving a grand total of five different states on the way to my 50 half-marathons in each state. I have been looking ahead to 2018 and what states I’ll be going towards. Most likely looking to complete the Northeast region by 2018. Which leaves Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. So if anyone has any recommendations for great half-marathons in the Northeast please let me know!

My final race of 2017. While of course, I have aspirations to run in the New York City Marathon and other major New York running events. Getting the Big Apple Half and completing New York is good for me too. I’ll return to New York on many occasions.

The Cult of the Vaporfly. A shoe that I have been trying to get my hands on as well. I recently did win a drawing to order the newest colorway that is being released. Runner’s World did an in-depth analysis of the shoe when it first release, if you want to learn more.

The Bucket List more is continues to expand and I’m gaining more determination with each passing day. As mentioned before it’s 50 Half-Marathons and 50 Full-Marathons in each state. 7 Halfs and 7 Fulls in each continent. And more recently to run in the Big 6. Earlier this week I started following a new running blog, The Runner Beans, and she had an article written on how to qualify for the Big 6 Marathons.

I am currently 8 days into my 12 days of Christmas low back pain video series. Here is Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 6, and Day 7 so far.

Pete Dupuis is a guy I have never met personally. I have only followed him from afar since Chiropractic school. I check his website daily for new content because he talks about building gyms and sustainable business and how to improve it. He wrote an article of being deliberate with your strategy to grow. It was a fun read.
