How to Prevent Athlete Burnout? Great article by Simplifaster, this is something I think about often especially when track season starts. The reason I think about that is because often times I am working with athletes who have been running since June (the start of cross country practices) and will eventually work through until May. That’s a lot of work with them, so it’s something I have to keep in mind!
In association with Burnout, I have to make sure I can keep the athletes recovered well. Not only do I treat a majority of them through manual therapy and chiropractic but always looking for effective ways for them to recover when I’m not there. A great roundtable discussion via DrJohnRusin.com
