It’s that time of year. Track and Field Indoor Post-season is getting near, basketball will start district play soon. Spring sport seasons will be starting in a few short weeks. So I want to dedicate this post to numerous articles I’ve read this week that outline major injuries or talk about injuries. Since it’s something I work with everyday at work and something I try to prevent at practices and training .

Eric Cressey is awesome. I enjoy his content and I use the stuff he talks about with training and rehabilitation in the clinic. With spring ball getting started shortly for high schools in this area and spring baseball in earnest for the pros. He talks about injuries early in the baseball season.

The 2017-2018 NFL Season is officially over. But with that said there are a lot of high profile players recovering from very serious injuries. Injuries from torn ACLs, ruptured achilles’ tendons, or major shoulder injuries. Bleacher Report had a list of the biggest names and their injuries to watch how they progress in the offseason in preparation for the upcoming 2018-2019 NFL Season. ESPN compiled their list of NFL players and where there status is for Week 1.
