Big event I’m doing: Blue Cross Broad Street Run 2018. I cannot wait for it. I’m hoping to go under 1 hour and 10 minutes! We’ll see if the training I’ve been doing has paid off.
Person I’ve been trying to listen to more often since I learned about him: Matthew Walker. The Diplomat of Sleep. Sleep is important and it’s something I’ve attempted to take more seriously as of late with the different projects and activities I’m doing and I don’t know all the latest research and there’s too much to learn on it. But I learned a lot with these two podcasts.
In Case You Missed It: I’ve seen Avengers: Infinity War two times already and I’m already itching for the conclusion of the first 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel Studios dropped the next trailer for Ant-Man and The Wasp and it’s going to be a fun ride. I’ll see it Thursday night!
