I started this website after years of putting it off. Took a hiatus because I didn’t know what I wanted this to ultimately be and simply lazy. After sitting on this for a little bit, it is just time to do what I have been telling myself I want to do. This site is going to be a resource guide for physical therapy, cancer, and helping those affected by cancer to come out stronger from the other side of this. I am fortunate for the situation I found myself in and the support I had. I know not everyone will have the same circumstances but I hope this site becomes a resource to assist those that will inevitably go through this journey.

This site is going constantly be changing. It’s never going to look like a finished product because I’m not even remotely closed to a finished product. I am always going to be changing, adding, taking away pages to make sure I can maximize the reach of this site to help as many people as possible. It is all I want to do. Help people.
